Festive Greetings to All!

Thank you, everyone, for your support during 2024.

Our last day of opening before our winter closure is Friday 20th December 2024.   Just time to catch our Handel Cossham exhibition, if you haven’t seen it yet and want a break from Christmas preparations.

During our winter closure period, we’ll be stocktaking, carrying out our annual deep clean,  working on the collection, and preparing for our new exhibition, which will open on Tuesday 4th February 2025.

We look forward to welcoming you back then to a brand new exhibition, showcasing the museum’s key role in the Lower Hazel archaeology dig. A fascinating story of dedicated volunteers.

Meanwhile, very best wishes, from all the volunteers at the museum, for a happy and peaceful festive season.
